What condition is the clothing in?

Every item is inspected and graded. We offer gear in 'Excellent' condition (like new), 'Great' condition (lightly used), and 'Gently Used' (visible wear but fully functional and repaired).

How do I trade in my old Patagonia gear?

You can bring your used Patagonia items to any Patagonia retail store or mail them to us. If they are in good condition, you will receive a credit that can be used at Patagonia.com, WornWear.com, or in our stores.

What is your return policy for used gear?

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return Worn Wear items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided the items are in the same condition as when they were received.

Are Worn Wear items covered by the Ironclad Guarantee?

Yes. All Worn Wear products are covered by Patagonia’s Ironclad Guarantee. If your gear doesn't perform to your satisfaction, we will take it back for repair, replacement, or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that Worn Wear orders are shipped separately from new Patagonia items and may arrive in different packages.
